In these Terms and Conditions, Vulpoi & Toader Management SRL will be referred to as “VTM”, “we” or “the Website Operator”.

2. Purpose of the website

The website vtm.ro serves to:

• present VTM and its services;

• present the VTM network/franchise;

• present career opportunities;

• facilitate the submission of requests through contact, quotation, franchising and job application forms;

• provide information through articles, updates, resources and newsletters.

The information published on the site is for informational and general presentation purposes only, unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Acceptance of the terms

By using the website, you confirm that:

• you have the legal capacity to accept these terms;

• does not oblige VTM to submit a quotation;

• does not create a contract between the parties in the absence of a subsequent express agreement.

Any quotation communicated later will be governed by its own commercial and contractual terms.

8. Franchise

The information published on the website regarding the VTM franchise is for informational and general presentation purposes only.

Submitting an interest form for franchising:

• does not guarantee eligibility;

• does not guarantee entry into the VTM network;

• does not create a right to join;

• does not oblige VTM to enter into a franchise agreement.

Any collaboration within the VTM network/franchise will be subject to VTM's internal assessment and the signing of the applicable contractual documentation.

9. Job applications

The careers section and job pages allow applications to be submitted through the forms available on the site.

Submitting an application:

• does not guarantee an interview invitation;

• does not create an employment relationship;

• does not oblige VTM to continue the recruitment process;

• does not give the candidate a right to employment.
