number of employees;
relevant operational information for estimating workload;

3.4. Data collected through the franchising form
When you complete the franchising form, we may collect data such as:
company name;
city;
turnover;
number of work locations;
tax code;
Trade Register registration number;
contact person;
e-mail address;
phone number;
accounting software used;
ERP software used;
year of establishment;
number of employees;
number of active clients;
information about the rates charged;
predominant fields of activity;
accounting services in the portfolio;
any other information voluntarily provided by you in the form.
3.5. Data collected through the job application form
For applications to jobs posted on the site, we collect only the data necessary to assess the application. In the current form of the online recruitment process, we do not yet request CV uploads through the site.
We may collect:

e-mail address;
phone number;
link to the LinkedIn profile;
additional information voluntarily provided in the message sent;
the position you are applying for, where this is associated with the respective job page.
3.6. Data collected for the newsletter
When you subscribe to the newsletter, we may collect:

name, if this field is present and completed;
technical and recordkeeping information regarding subscription, unsubscription or confirmation of the option, to the extent necessary for managing the subscriber list and proving consent.
4. The purposes for which we process the data
We process personal data for the following purposes:
4.1. To respond to requests sent through the contact form
We use the data to analyze your message and respond to you.
4.2. To prepare and send service offers
We use the data submitted in the quote form to understand the company's needs and to formulate a commercial proposal or continue pre-contractual discussions.
4.3. To assess interest in and eligibility for franchising
We use the data from the franchising form to analyze the company's profile and to decide whether and under what conditions we can continue the commercial or pre-contractual dialogue.
4.4. To manage job applications

the newsletter service provider, after its selection and implementation.
At the time this policy was drafted, the website is built on Framer infrastructure, and VTM may use or implement, as applicable:
Google Analytics;
Google Tag Manager;
Microsoft Clarity, if activated;
a newsletter provider to be selected later and integrated into the website.

10. International data transfers
Certain providers used by the website or by VTM may process data outside the European Economic Area.
In such situations, VTM will ensure that transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable law, by using appropriate legal mechanisms such as:

11. How long we keep the data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in compliance with legal requirements and VTM's justified legitimate interests.
As a rule, we apply the following retention periods:
data from the contact form: up to 12 months from the last relevant interaction;
data from the quote form: up to 24 months from the last relevant interaction;
data from the franchising form: up to 24 months from the last relevant interaction;
data related to job applications: up to 12 months from the last relevant interaction;
data for the newsletter: until unsubscription or until consent is withdrawn.
In addition, certain data may be kept for longer periods:
if required by law;
if necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right;
if necessary to comply with archiving, compliance or security obligations.
Upon expiry of the applicable period, the data will be deleted, anonymized or kept only in the minimum form required by law.

15. Data of minors
